This is the first joint meeting of American Mathematical Society(AMS) and Chinese Mathematical Society(CMS). Shanghai Mathematical Society (SMS) is authorized to act on behalf of CMS. The meeting is specifically organized to bring  mathematicians     from  the United States and China together. The scientific     objectives of this meeting are to disseminate  recent     research results to a wide audience and to develop     stronger ties between mathematicians from both two     countries. The meeting is  open to all areas of the     mathematical sciences.  We request  for Proposals for     Special Sessions. The  deadline for  submitting Proposal     is  1 Febrary, 2008.
