According to Beauville-Bogomolov decomposition theorem, the hyperkahler manifolds plays an important role in the classification theory. In this talk, I will give a survey on the recent progress on  hyperkahler manifolds. In particular,  I will talk about the famous Tate conjecture and  Artin-Shioda-Rudakov-Shafarevich conjecture on hyperkahler varieties.
