In this talk, we will first briefly review some regularity results in Monge-Ampere equations both in uniformly elliptic and degenerate elliptic cases. Then we will discuss the regularity, existence and uniqueness on some certain type Monge-Ampere equations which are related to the Monge-Ampere eigenfunctions and affine hyperspheres.
