Differing from scalar wavelets, the multiwavelet transform employs a multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) filter bank. Avoiding the prefiltering, the balanced property is necessary. In this talk, basing on the lattice structures for casual FIR systems, we present an explicit parametrization of balanced multifilter banks, and construct some high order balanced multiwavelets and armlets.
