In this talk, we present a majorization result of nonnegative sequences, and it can be used in several spectral problems. We obtain some spectral conditions for a graph containing triangles, one of these gives a partial answer of Bollobas-Nikiforov Conjecture. Also, some graphs are proved determined by their A(alpha)-spectra.
