In this talk, we will give the minimum of the L1-norm of weights in terms of the first two eigenvalues. This is a new type of Lyapunov inequality involving two eigenvalues. Furthermore, it gives a relation between gap and ratio of the first two eigenvalues. The methods in the proof are the bathtub principle and the critical equations.
