We present some finite elements and virtual elements for tensors, with which finite element/virtual element gradgrad complexes and divdiv complexes on simplicial grids in two and three dimensions are constructed. Then we apply to discretize the linearized time-independent Einstein-Bianchi system and biharmonic equation, respectively.
