杰出学者讲坛（三十九）： Robin-type Domain Decomposition Methods: Optimal or Not optimal?

摘要: In this talk, we shall answer a long-standing open problem: Is it true that the convergence rate of the Lion's Robin-type nonoverlapping domain decomposition method can be optimal, independent of the mesh size? Furthermore, we shall consider the convergence behavior of the Robin-type domain decomposition for the Helmholtz equation.

主要从事大规模科学计算的算法构造及相关理论研究，尤其是对多重网格和区域分解这两种快速算法有深入研究。
