Division of information and computational sciences

Making up of the school of mathematical sciences, the division of applied mathematics consists of a team of academic staff with great vitality earning enormous national and international reputations. We now have 12 members in academic staff, of whom 6 are both professors and advisors, 5 are associate professors, with main research interests involving inverse problems of mathematical physics and its numerical solutions, numerical algebra and computational sciences, numerical solutions of differential equations, large-scale computing and parallel algorithm, and optimization theory with applications. Scholars interested in information and computational sciences are warmly welcome to join us!
