加拿大Waterloo大学希望我们在今年推荐三位学生作为候选人（见附件），参加与去年相仿的方江辉奖学金赴加留学选拔。去年三所大学（复旦、北大、中山大学）共9名学生中，我校03级汤圣哲同学入选。
请我院有意参加选拔的04级本科生在3月9日前向辅导员报名。
该计划用于资助有意从事精算方面工作的学生。 成功获得资助后将在加拿大Waterloo大学完成第四年的学业（到时候需要向学校提交同意委派的申请报告）。具体学业（学分）上如何处理，参照我校对去国外交流学生的管理办法。
